Club members are held responsible for their guest. Self service bars are not allowed .
The member making the arrangements should contact the club (10) days in advance to finalize arrangements and must guarantee the minimum number of guest to be provided for,(7) days in advance. There is a $50.00 deposit required. If applicable, the number of each specific entree’ to be served must be designated at this time as well. Credit is not given for cancellations, as food stocks must be ordered in advance. If attendance is above guarantee number, charges will be rated to match the number in attendance. The minimum for a buffet is (25) paid customers. Mandatory sales tax on all reservations is 8%, gratuity is minimum of 15-18%.
