The member making the arrangements should contact the club (10) days in advance to finalize arrangements and must guarantee the minimum number of guests to be provided for (7) days in advance. Their is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit required. If applicable, the number of each specific entree' to be served must designated at this time as well. Credit is not given for cancellations, as food stocks must be order in advance. If attendance is above guarantee number, charges will be rated to match the number in attendance. The minimum for a buffet is (25) paid customers. Mandatory sales tax on all reservations is 8%, gratuity is 18-20%.
